Crew Training International interview questions

A friend told me about a position with the primary contractor. I submitted my resume. The CTI Director of Operations (subcontractor) conducted a phone interview and essentially offered the job at that point. I slept on the offer and called back the next day to accept.

Short and sweet. Based almost entirely on checking previous qualifications. This job has strict qualifications, so most of the interview centered around my military experience. I was able to learn a lot about the company and the opportunity. CTI was very open that their contract was expanding, and If I was hired, I may not remain in the location I was hired for.
