Interview process was good
Multiple technical round with Senior managers from Singapore, one HR round.
Everything was halted smoothly by HR team at Bangalore. The senior managers were genuinely interested during the interview in understanding candidate capabilities. They also have clear explanation about rules and responsibilities.

Question 1
They asked me to explain previous job roles at every organisation throught my career
Asked me to rate my level of english from 1 to 10 and when I said 8 they judged me saying that it's too high because I am not a local and added that even though they are locals they would only rate themselves 7. I feel like everyone has different background and different upbringing. I could rate myself whatever and I should have been judged and embarrassed just like what they did. Horrible experience. Still remember until today.
Interviewed with a direct report, then with a product director; last but not least, with HR for compensation and benefits. Approximately 2-3 weeks interval between each round of interview. Overall, a pleasant process.
