After the phone screening they send a meeting for 1 hour interview, HR was very informal during this interview, apparently part of their work culture.
At the end I received a link to complete a Wonderlic Assessment, time sensitive. I was very clear on when I was able to take it, I did it on time and I immediately received the rejection email.

Over a half-dozen rounds that were very thorough and overkill for the role. Tons of roleplaying, psychoanalysis, and background screening to the point of paranoia. In hindsight, this was a major red flag on their absurd employee turnover, especially in the sales department.
