Critical Project Services interview questions

Had three interviews - 1) Short phone interview with HR 2) Video interview with Director that went incredibly well 3) Interview with another executive member that also went incredibly well. Ended the interview with promises of follow up and sending over a preliminary offer…then they ghosted me. I’ve reached out and gotten nothing in return. Really disappointing.
