Amazing! Questions were meaningful and interviewers were genuinely interested in what you had to say. Pretty long and in-depth process but overall great experience. The process made me that much more interested in working there.

Interview
It was really relaxed and only ask for experience in the field. The interviewers were more interested in understanding how the candidate's past experiences could contribute to the role rather than focusing on specific technical skills. They valued a candidate's ability to adapt and learn on the job, making it a refreshing and stress-free interview process.
Found the application on Indeed.com and applied online. I was then emailed by the HR Department and was asked to set up a phone interview. Had a phone interview from the HR person and was told she was taking notes and then would give the notes to hiring manager to decide.
