I interviewed at Crossjoin Solutions (Lisbon, Lisbon District)
Interview
Two interviews, one group and one individual, both quite long with only one interviewer.
In the group interview, the challenges presented were hypothetical and unlikely problems where the ability to manage people and resolve potential team conflicts was put to the test. Knowing all the company's values in advance is very important to demonstrate interest.
In the individual interview, the technical challenge did not focus on any specific technology, but we had to show our reasoning process to determine the root cause of a performance issue.

Question 1
They give a challenge that resembles the project that you're going to work on.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Crossjoin Solutions (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Dec 2023
Interview
Great interview process, great technical challenge then complete silence. It has been 1 year since the last feedback, not positive nor negative but always kept the door semi open.
Seems a very chill company but hated the fact that they leave people hanging with no justification. Seems like the norm these days
Management detected some cases like yours and it is not supposed to happen. Not at all. Actions have been taken to not repeat this incident. 12 Weeks it is not accepted and even worse if the process was not closed and feedback given. Very much appreciated your feedback. Send your application to my self: joao.modesto@cross-join.com and i will personally take care of your application, ensuring of course all confidentiality.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Crossjoin Solutions (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Jul 2021
Interview
The process consisted in three interviews, which were in a span of 2 weeks
The first one with Human Resources
The second one with the Tech Lead
And the final one with HR and Management
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Well I had a first interview, which was with HR, which went well, and I told them what was my expected salary range, and they said they were fine with that.
Second interview was a technical one, which went well and I felt motivated to go on, because all the details I was given about the project and what I would be working on.
Thirdd interview was with the CTO or something like that, another guy and a woman from HR.
It was like 1h30/2h about trying to solve riddles because they said they wanted to know how I thinking would work in solving problems.
But it seemed even they didn't know the answers to said riddles, because they were all confused.
In the end, we wasted 1h30 to 2 hours in this talks, and in the end they presented me with an offer, which was below what I talked about in the first interview.
In the end, I declined, because this whole process was already ridiculous, and on top of that, the offer was not the one talked about before
