There were 5 interviews. 1. with internal recruiter 2. with would-be senior in the same role 3. with would-be manager 4. a practical assessment and presentation, and 5. with the CISO. The final was more of a formality and to assess communication and personality. Interview 3 was the most technically difficult and interview 4 (the practical and pres.) was mostly straightforward, it mostly required a significant amount of time (over the course of a week), to ensure your presentation of the practical stood above the rest of the applications. Do NOT sleep on the practical/pres. if you're given the assignment. It counts for A LOT.
