Great process, very thorough, well received. All the pertinent parties were available and attended, honest and forthright about what was needed and expected. Although employment was not attained, the kindness and consideration was appreciated.

Interview
Was simple and face to face. I enjoyed who I met, and shadowed an AM for a day, which added a lot of color to what the job actually looked like. They try and holistically hire, which I think is a great thing.
This process took about 2 months. First round interview. 2nd round panel interview. 3rd round a long series of questions and a test. 4th round a final interview. This process was drug out and required an extensive background check.
