After 3 weeks from applying I was contacted by the recruiter, and had a Skype interview followed by an invitation for a formal interview with a manager. Interview was awkward and unprofessional with personal questions that weren’t related to the roll. During some parts of the interview I felt like the interviewer wasn’t even listening to my response, and wasn’t even making eye contact. Overall this interview was a complete waste of my time, and I hope Crown Equipment New Zealand makes some major changes in this process.
