Interview with the personal training manager. He showed me around the gym and explained me the conditions. Super friendly and eager to help and clarify questions. Be prepared on how you would approach a client and be honest about what kind of training interest you. They offer continue education possibilities.
Apparently, it is an extremely competitive environment. The interview felt like an investigation. They are expecting someone to spend the whole day at the gym, even though I apply as a part-time trainer.
