The interview process was nice and casual. I had the interview over a coffee with the district manager at the time. She was super forthcoming and personable throughout the interview. She clearly outlined expectations and typical store metrics and KPIs. She was also very involved during the onboarding process and was super accommodating in ensuring a smooth process.
