The interview was casual, but personal. They are very friendly and all about working as a team. I felt welcomed by staff and manager. The interview was very informative of they expect of you as an employee and they ask you questions that make sure you are a good fit for that position. They will tell you about the company which is very helpful.

Only two interviews! I had an initial 20-minute meeting with one of the managers, mostly behavioral questions, and then a second with two higher-up managers asking more about experience, and availability and informing me of company culture.

What is your perspective on the customer and their viewpoint?
Short! I didn't have any hostess experience when I came but they said they were looking for someone who could fit the hours and willing to learn. Also, they look for people who can "look the part" and fit the brand.

Extremely easy, basically all they care about is that you are pretty and you have the ability to dress up cute. So where your best outfit and put time into your appearance. I actually really enjoyed the job, coworkers were always fun.
