Easy, fast. Phone screen, followed by one virtual interview with 2 people. Skills assessment was given at time of application- it was a few questions related to working in a pharmacy.

Interview
Two interviews, first with a recruiter and second with a hiring manager and position supervisor. Recruiter interview was over the phone and second interview was over Microsoft Teams. (My camera wasn’t working and they were fine with that).
Both interviews went well and were low key.
