I applied online to a bootcamp program at the company, at the end of which the trainees get hired, as backend, fullstack, etc.
The first stage was an online assessment with a single question. The question was fairly simple, but required attention to moderate detail and edge cases to solve. Given time frame was 2 hrs if I'm not mistaken. It was stated that the emphasis wasn't on performance but rather on correctness.
Then there was a short phone interview/clarifications about the program.
The second stage was 2 interviews at their offices in Petah Tikva, one HR, and one to get to know one of the technical people. Emphasis was on conversation and presenting experience, knowledge and interests rather than solving leetcode, although they did ask what I would do to make the solution to the first stage more performant.
After the second stage those who passed were given offers.
Overall the experience was on the positive side, although I didn't seem to connect with the interviewer that held the technical blabber portion of the second stage.
