I applied through university. I interviewed at CymSTAR (Tulsa, OK) in Dec 2024
Interview
Basic resume review with one coding problem. First the interviewer went over my projects and tools/languages used in them, next they asked a basic array manipulation question which they expect you to give time and space complexity for.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CymSTAR in Apr 2024
Interview
Very long interview with multiple engineers and a technical question. I met several engineers asking about my past, behavioral questions, a technical coding question, and a facility tour. Overall hearing more about the company and how it's structured makes it seem like a great fit for anyone willing to push themselves.

Question 1
Tell about a time a member of your team didn't hold up their end of the work?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CymSTAR
Interview
Initial phone interview with department heads last approx. 30 minutes. Questions about experience, future goals/timeline, why you want the position. Asked to come for on-site interview that would last 5-8 hours with various staff from each department. Biggest tip is to ask a ton of questions and have them prepared ahead of time as well as be ready to come up with new questions/repeat questions to different staff. It is a two way interview, in large part leaning on the interviewee. Everyone is very friendly, though you are interviewing with very different personalities. It was a stressful interview, but it wasn't really too difficult. If you practice interview questions and review the company/industry ahead of time you will find it much less stressful. I interviewed with 6-7 people.
