I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at D.R. Horton (Charleston, SC) in Jul 2014
Interview
Knew someone who already worked there and they got me an interview. Really wished they had given me the run down as once I started I found out he also wasn't happy there.

Application
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at D.R. Horton (Morrisville, NC) in Nov 2023
Interview
It was a large focus group style interview with 13 candidates and 4 interviewees. The time and set up did not allow for the company to properly vet any of the candidates. The questions didn’t center around specific accomplishments, skills or capabilities.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at D.R. Horton (Austin, TX) in Oct 2014
Interview
Interviews were easy casual conversations. No off the wall or complicated questions. I had to interview with three separate people, each one recommending whether you get the next interview. This was a process which I believe is a good one as all levels of management get to see if you are a good fit for the company.
