I met with the owner at the office, 2 or 3 times. Always after hours or on the weekend when no other employees were there. The owner seemed personable during the interview process, but working there was a very different experience
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The owner asked mostly typical questions that you would expect, wanting to know specifics about work experience, and trying to understand what kind of person you are.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at D4 Construction Services (Rowlett, TX) in Dec 2013
Interview
I interviewed once with one owner, then again in a group interview. Owners and other employees seemed very nice and caring during the interview process. Clearly a small company, they work out of a building that looks like a house. They are so small they have no janitor service. During the interviews, the employees were very quiet and continued working at their desks. They did not acknowledge me unless they passed me, but all who did speak to me were very polite.
