It was a first stage interview done with the recruiter for the role. I am looking to leave a review based on poor recruitment practices and respect shown to candidates. After the initial interview with the recruiter I was informed that they will let me know If they were progressing me to the next stage by the end of next week. They did not have the decency to inform me of their decision by their own specified timeline. The week after, I sent a direct email asking for an update. It has been nearly two weeks and they didn't bother to respond. I just want to make future candidates who apply at this firm and take the time to make the application and attend the initial interview aware of the respect they show candidates. Genuinely disappointing to see.
