Interview
A very rigorous interview that took all day. I met with several staff members from different levels of the organization who asked almost identical questions. The point seemed to be how well I stay on message and present to various audiences. I thought it was a very interesting approach, but pretty tedious overall.

What was one of the most challenging projects you worked on?
Several rounds, kind of unclear about some expectations but overall flexible and not too demanding. Writing assessment was interesting and a good representation of the day-to-day. Option to go in person or not for final round.

Interview
One meeting with one guy. Next one I Rotated interviews with several other different people. Filled out employment application. Quick process. HR called to offer. I declined because they’re too far right ideologically— should’ve looked deeper into them before.
