The interview process was very long and slow, it took about three to four months to get a definite answer to the application. They tend to hold your application for long period of time in case their first priorities fall short.

I would say all of their questions are pretty standard and reasonable, but you will never know when they call you to follow up. It could be in a day, a week, a month, or even few months later.
