The hiring process was nightmarish. Simply put: it took the Dayton Location a whole month to even get in touch with me in spite of the fact that I was told there was immediate openings. I received calls from all over the DHL Network who didn't even know where Dayton was or if it was even open anymore since my application was already a month old. When I finally was called in for an interview; the management completely overlooked my prior experience with DHL in Wilmington, OH and the hub at CVG. I wasn't asked many questions at all, as I had answers for them, but I was just told what the Dayton location does and that they would get in touch with me.
