The job described in the listing and the interview are different! Read this and know what you are walking into: - The listing does not require sales experience, and it says on it that this is the 'first step to your sales journey' however you are expected to talk about your sales experience in the interview. If you have a different background other than sales, every comment they make will be about how your lack of sales experience makes you unqualified for the role. - They also do not tell you what the training is in the job listing, so let me. Apparently, you will be a telesales person for 6 months, and you are expected to call 100 prospective clients a day. "You won't be managing accounts any time soon." None of this is in the job listing, they explain it in the interview, so you don't know what you are walking into. - They also don't hire right away, but you are being shortlisted. I think it would have been ethical if they told me that before, so I wouldn't have applied to it. Don't they think the applicants would want to know? Not to mention the date of the interview was scheduled differently on Zoom than what it said on the e-mail. I did not think the experience was professional at all.
