After applying, you get a phone interview with a recruiter then a follow up with a sales manager. If they like you, then they'll have you come into the office for a job shadow and interview/presentation with a group of 3 leaders.
After speaking with the recruiter, I was scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager. Come to the time of said interview, I did not receive a phone call from them, or any message indicating that the interview had to be rescheduled. I contacted the recruiter and they let me pick another time for the phone interview. I ended up doing the phone interview a few days later and was told I would be moving to the final round and would be reached out to for a preferred date. It has now been a few weeks since that conversation and I have not heard from anyone regarding this final interview. Overall, this was an extremely unorganized interview process and it seems like they are just trying to hit their metrics. If you are considering applying for a job with them, I would suggest you not waste your time.
