Oddly weird. It seemed like any other interview between myself, the hiring station manager and what would end up to be my direct supervisor. Basic questions were asked to see how I would handle pressure. Talked about my past work experience, educational pursuits, and then went into what the job would consist of - training, work schedule, etc. Then randomly, I was asked to take a timed 15 minute general test full of random questions like I was taking the SATs all over again. I was left in the conference room by myself during this time. When the 15 minutes were up, they came and got me and showed me to the door.
