I went there (at my dad's suggestion) back in mid-to-late October. At first, I thought it would be something of a breeze—then I realized in my interview they had expectations a little higher than I wanted to, e.g. 40 hours a week with no breaks. About a week later after my interview (and urine screening), I got a call from them asking if they wanted me as a picker working from 6-2am. Using what I found out about Exel on Glassdoor as my research, I politely turned them down, saying it didn't quite match up with my interests.
