I applied to be an intern. Their internship interview process contains a 15-30 minute screening/interview type phone call to get a feel for you as a person and to see if you are an adequate candidate. After this process, if they decide to move forward you will be invited to an 'intern' day. The intern day consists of touring a DHL facility, networking sessions, a presentation to many senior executives and two rounds of 30 minute interviews with different management figures. The interviews were mostly catered towards the personality you possess and how you have dealt with different situations previously.
