Hiring went smoothly. DHL has a rigorous hiring process in which candidates are brought to the headquarters in Ohio, interviewed in front of a board of several people, and then interviewed privately. Then a candidate is brought to the DC where he is interviewed by the sites GM. It is a very thorough process that ensures the best candidates are selected for the job.
Pretty quick communication with recruiters over email, not a hard interview and they were very kind. Pretty basic questions, I don't think they asked about hard skills. I would say this is one of the better interviews I've had.

They will ask behavioral based questions. There will be 2 people conducting interview. Make sure you answer in STAR method. I think they asked about 10 questions. Be prepared and it will be easy.
