Very easy. You go into an office and they ask you basic interview questions. It was laid back and calm. Although that might have just been because of the person interviewing me.

Interview
You sit down and talk with a manager as you are asked questions and then you have to take an online interview as well. I dressed formal and was interviewed quickly. Arrive at least 15 minutes before interview. The interview is not stressful and is very laid back. It goes quickly, then there is an online interview asking about your views on things such as drug use during employment. Answer wisely. After that, I got a call the next day and they offered me the job.
