I applied online. I got a call from the hiring manager to schedule an interview. I met with a manager downstairs who took me to their office. I shared a little bit about myself and then the questions began. I got offered a job immediately after.

Interview
The interview was pretty simple, the interview was one of the store managers. She took me to a small office by the break room and asked me basic interview questions about my work experiences and about certain difficult situations I had experienced and how I resovled them.

What was one time you had to deal with an angered customer?
After scheduling the first interview and speaking with the store manager the orientation takes two days. Orientation consists of online courses and shadowing a cashier for the first two days, and you're on the register by the next week. Very smooth transition.
