I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods in Feb 2015
Interview
Applied online and received a phone call for an interview 7 months after. Went to the interview and had a hard time finding someone who could direct me to the hiring manager. Was told to wait in the employee break room and then the store manager came and got me after 10 minutes. The store manager was very laidback and brief. Explained the job and then conducted a brief interview of about 10 questions. He then asked me to do an opinion survey which was about 55 questions. After I did the survey, I was offered the job.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Cedar Hill, TX)
Interview
The interview process is very easy. They ask a few scenario questions. Make sure to try to make conversation and not just answer the questions. My interviewer seemed really happy with that.

Interview
After submitting my application online, I got a call about 2-3 days later to set up an interview for the following week. I came in for my interview and found an associate to let them know I was here for an interview, they were super friendly, and directed me where to go. The assistant manager conducted my interview. They ask the usual "textbook" interview questions. Lots of questions about different types of scenarios.
