smooth interview process, did a phone interview first and was asked questions about myself, availability, and opportunities for growth, than scheduled an in person interview which was super chill! it’s been awhile but i was asked a set list of questions (all open ended) and told to answer how i respond to certain scenarios. after that a manger came and asked me a few more questions and that was it!

The interviewer asked me a list of questions from a paper and briefly got to know me and my experience. We talked about my availability, preferred hours, and some important information for the role. I started off as a cashier and was asked how comfortable I am with communicating promotions, credit card benefits, and protection plans.

Interview
After submitting my application online, I got a call about 2-3 days later to set up an interview for the following week. I came in for my interview and found an associate to let them know I was here for an interview, they were super friendly, and directed me where to go. The assistant manager conducted my interview. They ask the usual "textbook" interview questions. Lots of questions about different types of scenarios.
