Applied online prior to store opening and automatically was assigned an interview time during a time slot. Mass interviews took place in the empty store at department stations and mine was with the store manager. Interview was smooth and conducted like a conversation.

Definitely interested in why there were gaps in employment.
Quick and easy interview process. Only had to do one interview with the general manager. Not too many questions and was able to get information on start date at the time of interview.

I filled out my application and then was contacted for an in person interview. I only had one interview where they asked me a couple of questions and hired me on the spot.

The interview is simple. The Manager asks from a list of required questions. About 15 minutes long. Typically, an individual interview. Job was offered at interview. Very casual, relaxed environment.
