HR Rep flew down from corporate headquarters. She did not provide very much background information.
Seemed to be gauging my confidence in the future strategic plans and how the sub would be implemented into the broader strategic structure.

I had a phone screening with a recruiter to talk about my background and go over the job description. The recruiter read the job description and asked if I had experience or knowledge of some of the skills they were looking for. Then, the recruiter asked me some questions.
