      IT Intern Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at DLL

      Interview

My interviews with DLL were a mix of good and bad. While they did ask some job-related questions, they also delved into personal matters that had nothing to do with the position. This made me uncomfortable and seemed unprofessional. Both interviews started late, and there were no apologies for the delays. When it came time to discuss the outcome, HR was again late and didn't seem sorry for wasting my time. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, the unprofessionalism and focus on personal matters overshadowed them. Advice to Management: Focus on job-related questions during interviews and be respectful of candidates' time. Avoid asking personal questions that aren't relevant to the position. And when rejecting someone, show empathy and be punctual for the call. Also, send an rejection email asking if they would like to discuss it rather then calling them.

      Question 1

Asked personal questions and was unprofessional. Had a few technical ones too, it is more industry level then what was learned in classes.
