I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DLS Engineering (Elizabeth City, NC)
Interview
First round was a telephonic interview. Conference call of about 45 min with two managers including the Vice president of DLS Engineering. Background and work experience related. Second round was onsite interview. OR projects, behavioral and technical questions. Interviewed for couple of hours.
Technical questions on SAS, stochastic models, monte-carlo simulation and Arena.
I applied online. I interviewed at DLS Engineering in Feb 2015
Interview
Relaxed, Basic Questions. There was a phone call to see if available. The interview itself, and then an onsite visit. Company seemed to show itself as one that is real interested in you and your life until hired. Then it's difficult to get any answers or assistance from hiring manager or HR. That was the only bad thing about company other than never hearing from owner CEO until company list contract.
