Came in through an agency and after 3 months was offered a position on a set shift pattern then on probation for 3 months after which salary goes up with training

Applied for the job using indeed, received and email a few weeks later with an interview date, the whole interview was very layed back and seemed to be more interested with me a person then my skills. Overall the interview was really good and by far one of the best interview I've had in years.
