Pretty good. Very smooth transition. Listened well. Was very detailed as well about pay, benefits & hours. Very personable & very engaged. I would recommend this to someone starting fresh in the customer service world.

Interview
I had an over the phone interview that began almost 2 hours after the scheduled time. The interview itself was easy, I was asked the same general questions you would be asked for any retail position. I have not received a status update yet, as I just had this interview, but if this is a common occurrence, then this needs to be known
