Interview
Had a phone interview and an essay question. Was invited to a in person interview but declined it. Recruiter was very pleasant and straightforward and was very accommodating. Process took longer then I would have liked and the essay was given to me with 4 days notice during finals week.
Three stages: Personality, and two case studies (one from your professional experience and the other a case study they provide you). The case studies are presented to panels, and the personality interviews are with different teammates of different titles.

Describe a difficult/uncomfortable situation you've encountered in your career and how you overcame it
Took about 5 rounds of interviews, including 2 in person. Everyone was incredibly kind but it was quite a stressful process. There was a mix of behavioral interviews as well as case questions.

Interview
first round is behavioral & administrative questions with an HR or the hiring manager, then the second round was an Excel assessment that test your general ability to conduct data analysis in Excel, using pivot table, vlookup, etc.
