Emailed for an interview. Seems intimidating but depending on the job, they are there to just make sure you're qualified and competent. Interviewers were quite forgiving about answers but certainly want you to be a fit for the company. They'll most likely comb you for more details the higher up of a job you apply for.

Interview
I interviewed to be seasonal help over the summer. After I submitted my application, I heard from DADCO pretty quickly and we scheduled an interview right away. I interviewed with HR, then the Plant Manager, then the company president, all in one day. I was offered the job that day.
