A group of 20 year olds interviewed me as a panel. The only questions they asked me is what books I like to read. I grew up as a bookworm with A's in English and majored in English as my degree. However, the 20 year old employees were not impressed with my knowledge of non-fiction books. Yes, I read fiction growing up and still enjoy the genre; however as a recent college graduate, I had more to do with my time, but sit around reading fiction all day. The 20 year olds only asked me that one question. Then they began hollering out names of books to see if I had read them. This was a very childish way to vet an employee and meant I would have been apparently working for a 20 year olds with less work experience, no degrees among them, and whom seemed to punish me for not being an antisocial person who sits at home all day reading. The laughable interview was a mere 25 minutes long, and that was the only thing that happened. They did not make an offer, and I would not have accepted it anyway.
