Starts with phone call with recruiter, then you will go through in person interview and tour of the facility, and then if they like you, you will go through another interview with the lead.
very good, easy, interviewer very professional. asked alot about education. no test questions. mostly on people skills. asked why do you want to work here. replied i really like to be an engineer

Several interviews, often with a 2-3 hour notification. Managers are all asking the same canned questions. Don't they share notes? Then finally, "We are interested and want to onboard you", then nothing. Waist of time and effort on my part. I think I dodged a bullet on this one.
