Dana Incorporated Finance Development Program interview questions

I did the first round interview at school, then was asked to come back for a second assessment up in Detroit. One part was very open ended and regarded the case study given to you before the interview. The second part was a behavioral interview with two people. This interview was repetitive and asked questions about teamwork multiple times. Also, for a company that prides themselves on great and unique workplace culture, they didn't even take us there. I thought that was odd? Overall, it wasn't a good fit for me.
