I applied online. I interviewed at Danco (Irving, TX) in Oct 2022
Interview
Lengthy, with multiple interviews. Everyone was genuinely nice, and the tour of the facilities was inviting. The interview process was lengthy, with a total of about 3 in-person interviews, the time ranging from about 30 min to an 1 hour. In the interview, they described the work setting as being fast-paced and with a total of 3 people on the team (maybe it's increased since I last interviewed), the candidate must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be organized. However, as I said, everyone seems genuinely nice and has a tight-knit team. Just be prepared for a very lengthy interview process with the managers and the team, which I believe is standard nowadays.
