I applied for a position at the City of Danville Virgina and never received an Interview. I am fully qualified for the potion as it was a position that I was doing for the last 10 years at a large insurance company. I relocated to the area from up North and had an interview for the same position 2 years ago but was unable to take the offer. It appears to me I was either black balled because of not taking the position before or my salary requirements were too high (but well within the posted range THEY posted). The Manager apparently is holding something against me
