Took a while for response, but besides that the process was clear. Applied for the position online and waited a while for a response. Was brought in for a first round interview and after a few days heard back that I was invited for a second interview. After a second interview they sent an offer. The interview itself was easy and based of experience and personal traits/skills.

How would you deal with difficult guests in order to preserve a positive guest experience?
It was simple There was an online questionnaire to complete before being offered an interview time via email. You could reply to the email and get an interview scheduled. The process was easy.

They sat me down and I spoke to a manager and he asked me about myself and if I saw myself growing with the company, etc. He asked me why I chose to work there and what I thought the job entailed.

Interview
Just a one-on-one with the manager, super laid-back and pretty casual. Basic questions and concerns. Sometimes you’ll get two days for an interview, they’ll also ask if there are other job position that you would consider especially if the one you’re looking into is not high in demand.
