Contacted via recruiting agency, phone interview, then an in-person interview. The team at Dart Aerospace was great and made the interview process very personable and pleasant. The engineers seemed to truly enjoy their job. It was a tough decision to decline this job but I felt my talents would be better elsewhere. Overall it was positive experience!
