The process consisted of several stages.
First, I had an initial conversation with the recruiter, who mentioned they did not yet have much detailed information about the role and that further clarity would be provided later. Unfortunately, I did not receive additional details afterwards.
The second stage was a technical interview.
After that, I met with the hiring manager.
Finally, there was an interview with the client.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
n the technical interview, the questions often felt unpredictable and disconnected from my background or from previously discussed expectations. The interviewer seemed more focused on their own approach and style than on understanding my experience or how I solve problems.
Several scenarios were presented in a way that felt unnecessarily harsh, and the tone came across as rude at times. As a candidate, this made it difficult to feel I was in a professional and respectful evaluation space.
During the conversation with the hiring manager, there was significant emphasis on commitment to the process and availability. I felt that being open about participating in other interviews might negatively influence the outcome, which can unintentionally discourage transparency from candidates.
