I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the team as part of the recruitment process. The process started with a screening call; 50% of the time was devoted to questions from the hiring manger and an overview of the role, the remainder of the time the hiring manager answered all the questions I had. The following stage of interviews consisted of 4 x 45 minute calls with members of the recruitment management and leadership team. Everyone was very friendly and the interviews almost felt conversational in nature. Each interviewer ensured I had ample opportunities to get my questions answered. Both the hiring manager and recruitment coordinator did a fantastic job of staying in touch with me throughout the process. The recruitment coordinator was able to schedule interviews around my busy calendar and the hiring manager ensured I knew who I would be meeting and the theme of each interview. For the first time in my decade long career, I had a gender and racially diverse interview panel and I am SUPER excited to be joining the team later this year!
