very easy, second round was easy as well there was no hardships trying to get this position, all attempts are successful at getting this test engineer position, then you must answer some questions that were very easy and not hard to complete, they included: how would you access a radio system and what were you choices for what sort of requirements and features should this radio have

Interview
I met with the head of the Marketing department and then both principles. A constructive conversation ensued as I was not totally familiar with their product, its industry and market niche. Ultimately I was shown the facility and introduced to the rest of the staff and their roles explained as it related to me.
