Initial communication was not up to par. I had to call repeatedly to even follow up on my application. Finally the store manager called me and scheduled interview. Day of interview, basic questions as it relates to customer service and client services. Hired same day. Training was scheduled a couple days after, training was brief and now Im on the floor.

Easy, friendly, to the point. They gave a brief history of the company, responsibilities, and asked how I qualify. Since I also had previous experience with them, it was very straightforward.

I enjoyed the group interview process however I felt like there were a lot of "rounds" of interviews. There was a group interview then a store manager interview and there was a great deal of time between when I interviewed and when I was offered the position.

Go through a series of interviews wth all managers. First interview is mostly discussing company policies and expectations. Must be available on weekends. Very big on sales but training is provided.
